Description of sheet extrusion line:
This sheet extrusion line we manufacture in China can also extrude pipes with one, two or three sets extruders at the same time, which is usually applied for single-ply or multi-plies co extrusion sheets. And its relevant molds and control systems can be replaced with imported electric appliances as per different requirements, more safe, reliable and stable.
Characteristics of sheet extrusion line:
1. The screw and material barrel are designed and manufactured by optimizing the high-performance alloy steel, which brings the sheet extrusion line more features such as even plasticization, high output and long longevity etc.
2. The quick screen-changing device without stopping operation improves the production efficiency.
3. The cutting section adopts automatic length-fixing device to ensure the discrepancy of diagonal size less than 3 mm, but the sheet width can reach to 2.5 mm, height can range between 1mm and 5mm.( pieces range between0.2-1mm), which make this extrusion line widely used!
